Mike Dirksen, Legal Counsel, Litigation & eDiscovery, Polaris
Mike Dirksen serves as Legal Counsel specializing in product liability litigation and eDiscovery at Polaris Inc. In this role, Mike provides strategic guidance on complex discovery matters, oversees discovery processes, and ensures compliance with regulatory and procedural standards. Mike collaborates closely with internal stakeholders and external counsel to manage risk and streamline discovery workflows.
Alexzandria Neumiller is a Sr. Paralegal in the Legal Department at Prime Therapeutics LLC. She handles litigation and subpoena matter and is the primary manager of one of Prime’s eDiscovery tool, including creating projects, as well as processing documents into and productions from the tool. She created and implemented the process for Prime’s utilization of Microsoft’s Purview eDiscovery (Premium) for Legal Holds. This included managing the move from the previous Legal Hold system into eDiscovery (Premium). Alexzandria also enjoys participating in the various Employee Resource Groups that Prime offers.
