Topic: Behind the Breath: Ensuring Accountability and Integrity in Remote Alcohol Monitoring
This CLE course explores the evolving role of remote alcohol monitoring in family law, with a focus on promoting child safety, ensuring accountability, and supporting recovery. Using real world examples and evidence-based practices, we’ll examine how courts and professionals can leverage technology to reduce conflict and enhance transparency in high-conflict custody cases involving alcohol use concerns.
Speaker: Kevin Dorsey
Kevin has spent the past decade educating judges, attorneys, mediators, and mental health practitioners the tools that can be utilized to improve outcomes in family law cases. He is an in-demand speaker and travels the country attending dozens of continuing legal education conferences and seminars each year. He is a past president of Texas AFCC and currently serves on the Texas AFCC board as well as the Louisiana AFCC board.
Kevin graduated from the University of Denver receiving a BA in Music and PoliBcal Science.
