Topic: What's Up In Delaware
No state carries more significance for corporate compliance than Delaware. With that in mind, CT has developed an one-hour CLE that highlights some of the topics that make Delaware so unique. This presentation thru an analysis of both statutes and case law will examine a number of topics including: series LLCs, reverse veil piercing, updates to the important Caremark standards, as well as review upcoming changes in their state laws.
