Topic: How Paralegals Add Value in Complex Estate Planning and Estate Litigation

Attorneys Dustin McIntee and SaRoi Brown of Kennedy & Ruhsam Law Offices, P.A. in Eagan, Minnesota, will provide real life scenarios of what happens from the planning stage of drafting Estate Plans to the administration of an estate with the end goal of avoiding potential estate litigation down the road. Dustin and SaRoi will cover the issues and complexities to be aware of in the planning stage, and provide oversight and examples of what happens, from a litigation perspective, when things do go awry during the probate process. If you are a paralegal who drafts estate plans, or a probate paralegal who focuses on the administration of an Estate, you will learn five areas where paralegals add value to their role on the legal team.
