Topic: Minnesota Estate Administration - Real Estate

Chris Hunt of Fredrikson & Byron, P.A. will present on the topic of real estate in probate administration. The session will cover the special issues and problems in both selling and distributing interests in real estate during the administration of an estate. The session will also include how to address situations such as decrees of descent, omitted or mis-described interests in real estate and transfer on death deeds.
