"The Basics of Antenuptial & Postnuptial Agreements" will touch on the purpose and intended use of these Agreements, legal requirements under Minnesota law, and common questions and issues when assisting attorneys in drafting such Agreements.

Speaker: Karolina M. Brekken-Hoerl

Karolina Brekken-Hoerl is a partner at Best & Flanagan LLP where she focuses her practice on family law matters. Karolina is a graduate of Gustavus Adolphus College and William Mitchell College of Law (now Mitchell Hamline School of Law). She is a Rule 114 qualified neutral and has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star each year since 2015. In her free time, Karolina is an avid runner and a mom of three boys.
