Topic: Mediation Through the Lens of a Community Dispute Resolution Program
This discussion will include an explanation of community mediation and specifically Mediation & Conflict Solutions' role providing mediation services and how paralegals can become involved.
Mediation & Conflict Solutions (MCS) is a certified Community Dispute Resolution Program under Minnesota law, as implemented by the State Court Administrator. We operate as a nonprofit program under the umbrella of Olmsted Outreach, a 501(c)(3) charitable organization.
Speaker: Wendy Moore
Wendy Moore is the Executive Director of Mediation & Conflict Solutions, an attorney, and a qualified neutral. Prior to this position, she was a Mediation & Conflict Solutions volunteer and she volunteered extensively with the Rochester Public Schools. She holds a B.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara and a J.D. from Hamline School of Law.
