Topic: Houses and Spouses: Real Estate Concepts in Family Law
This presentation will cover a variety of basic and complex topics related to real estate issues that arise in the context of divorce. This includes discussing nonmarital interests in real estate and the effect of improvements during the marriage, and issues pertaining to exclusive use and possession of real property, temporary motions, forced sales, and other related topics.

Josh Brekken practices exclusively in the areas of family law and divorce. With over nine years of experience helping clients with complex and difficult family law matters, he has represented clients in many facets of family law including divorce, spousal maintenance, child custody, parenting time, child support, post-decree modifications, and family law appeals.His prior experience in civil and business litigation as well as business law gives him a unique and more thorough perspective for all types of family law matters.
