Jim Sullivan
Jim Sullivan is an attorney for Sullivan & Tarnowski PLLP and technologist for Oxsome Web Services. Mr. Sullivan has successfully implemented predictive coding on hundreds of legal matters over the past decade. He has consulted on matters in North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia. Mr. Sullivan has written and spoken widely on the use of predictive coding in electronic discovery both in the United States and abroad. Mr. Sullivan received his Bachelor of Science degree from Minnesota State University with a major in computer science and mathematics in 2004. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Hamline University in 2007.
Brandon Rimnac
Brandon Rimnac is a Director of Consulting Services for Transperfect Legal Solutions. Mr. Rimnac is a subject matter expert for all stages of EDiscovery, from processing to production, and has consulted with government agencies on extraordinarily complex cases, including several dozen mergers and acquisitions. He has used his experience to assist over one hundred colleagues gain industry certifications through internal training programs, and has traveled the United States and internationally to speak at law firms and trade shows about predictive coding and other advanced analytics used in EDiscovery.
