Speaker: Scott E. Helgerson and Danielle “Dani” Haag

Scott E. Helgerson is a Senior Underwriting Counsel with First American Title Insurance Company, National Commercial Services, located in Minneapolis, Minnesota, where he practices in the areas of title insurance and real estate law. Mr. Helgerson earned his B.A degree from Saint Cloud State University and his J.D. degree from Hamline University School of Law. He is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association and the Hennepin County Bar Association. Mr. Helgerson is licensed to practice law in the State of Minnesota and was admitted to the bar in 1992.

Danielle “Dani” Haag is Vice President and Senior Underwriting Counsel for First American Title. She manages the underwriting team for the Minneapolis Office of First American Title, National Commercial Services. Dani started in the title industry in 2010 and joined First American in 2011. She is a graduate of Truman State University and the University of St. Thomas School of Law. Dani is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association and the Hennepin County Bar Association and is licensed to practice law in the State of Minnesota.
