Topic: eDiscovery Basics in a "Know Now" Culture
Paralegals are trusted advisors in the eDiscovery world. Obtain an overview of eDiscovery basics, starting with the relevant Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and the EDRM - eDiscovery Reference Model. A history will be given on the evolution of eDiscovery technology: from Bates to Gates to AI. Learn practice tips on how to control the total cost of discovery and handling the convergence of eDiscovery with data privacy. Finally, learn how you can use eDiscovery as a career builder.

Parking: Use the Armory Lot, located on Second Street NW, across the street from the Castle to the north. Parking spaces are numbered, and a pay station is located at the southeast corner of the lot. Spaces in the south parcel of the lot have a 90-minute limit; spaces in the north parcel have a 10-hour limit.
