Topic: WHO NEEDS A WILL ANYWAY?
Do we really need a will or an estate plan? What do the Minnesota statutes say about property disposition if we die without a will? This month’s session will address the intestate versus testate rules of Minnesota, including what a spouse and children are entitled to, if you leave it up to the statutes. We will also delve into some recent cases of celebrities who died without wills and what we can learn from those situations.
