Topic: Recent Revisions to the MN and WI Rules of Civil Procedure
Carolyn will be speaking on the topic of recent revisions to the Minnesota and Wisconsin Rules of Civil Procedure (effective 7/1/18) as they pertain to subpoenas/discovery.
If there are any handouts for this meeting, we will provide them via email to anyone who requests them following the meeting.
Speaker: Carolyn Payne
As Assistant General Counsel, Carolyn Payne serves as lead counsel responsible for providing legal and strategic guidance to company’s consumer lending division, risk asset department, audit team, appraisal department, and marketing team to insure compliance of laws, regulations and procedures, and protection of the company’s legal rights. Legal guidance is provided through direct support to field and corporate office staff. In addition, Carolyn manages outside litigation counsel and provide litigation support to our General Counsel. Carolyn also directs and supervises litigation paralegal staff regarding performance of regulatory notifications, distressed loan modifications, litigation, and third-party subpoena requests.
