Topic: Paralegals' Role in the Appellate Process and Summary Judgment

Ken White will be presenting on the Paralegal’s role in the appellate process and summary judgment process. He routinely puts his 30 years of experience to work for attorneys all over Minnesota to write legal briefs, work on appeals and litigation cases, and appear in court on their behalf. With a keen eye for detail and a gift for writing, Mr. White can provide valuable insight to the role paralegals can play in assisting attorneys during these processes.

Speaker: Ken White

Ken has been practicing since 1982. He is a solo practicing attorney at Law Office of Kenneth R. White. He focuses on litigation emphasizing appellate practice, insurance coverage, personal injury, employment law and other litigation matters. Most of his work comes from referrals from other attorneys. Just this year, he has worked on 3 high-profile cases, including securing a 2.6 million verdict in a motorcycle vs. semi-truck accident, serving as co-counsel with a case involving sudden acceleration of a Toyota Camry, and representation of Isaac Kolstad and his family with claims from the injuries he suffered. From 2005-2010, he also worked as the assistant Nicollet county attorney.

CLE Credit is being applied for this session.
