3. Planned Community Common Elements Minn. Stat. § 515B.2-101(a)(3) and (a)(4); 
4. Registered Land Survey Minn. Stat. § 508.47, Subd. 5; 
5. Distributing Probate Property Minn. Stat. § 524.3-801(d)(2); 
6. TODD Minn. Stat. § 507.071, Subd. 26
   

The speakers will open up the sectional to any questions the attendees may have regarding real estate title insurance.

Speakers: Katrina Knutson, Jodi Tagessen and Matthew Foli

Katrina Knutson is Counsel/Commercial Closer at Guaranty Commercial Title. Her previous experience includes work as a closing attorney at First American Title, and counsel and paralegal work at The Opus Group in the areas of corporate and trademark law, litigation, contracts, and real estate. She graduated from Hamline University School of Law, and holds an English degree from the University of Minnesota – Morris. Katrina currently serves as the Treasurer of MNCREW (Minnesota Commercial Real Estate Women). Jodi Tagessen is Counsel/Commercial Closer at Guaranty Commercial Title. Her previous experience includes work as an escrow officer and construction disbursing officer at First American Title, formation and sales of Delaware Statutory Trusts, and conducting TIC dispositions for AEI Capital Corporation. Jodi worked at CBRE filling numerous roles including project management, global corporate services brokerage, and retail brokerage. She graduated from William Mitchell College of Law, and holds an English degree from Minnesota State University Moorhead. Jodi is a former journalism teacher, a long time Women Run the Cities committee member for MNCREW, and an avid traveler.

Matthew Foli is Counsel/Examiner/Chief Wellness Officer at Guaranty Commercial Title. Past experience includes private practice (1997-2004 at Campbell Knutson in Eagan, MN) and public service (2004-2017 as Deputy Examiner of Titles at Hennepin County). He is an MSBA Board Certified Specialist in Real Property Law. He was the chair of the MSBA Real Property Law Section and Council, in 2016-2017. He has extensive speaking experience on real property law, including over 30 presentations for Minnesota CLE. Matthew is a registered yoga teacher (RYT-200) with Yoga Alliance.
