The EEOC has issued new harassment guidelines for public comment which require civility training. The DOL is in the process of OSHA rulemaking regarding injury/accident reporting and related anti-retaliation requirements. Discrimination claims of every variety keep on coming. What’s an employer to do? This session will draw on looming regulations, lessons learned from recent cases and cases pending before the Supreme Court to help your organization chart a path going forward which will minimize risk in a landscape filled with uncertainty.
