As paralegals, we may be tasked with obtaining information from plan administrators and drafting a Qualified Domestic Relations Order for attorney review. Does the process confuse you? Are you unsure about what to include when you draft? Do not miss our May 24, 2017, Family Law Sectional with presenter Lisa Meier of Meier Schack, LLC. Lisa is known for her knowledge and proficiency in the complicated area of preparation and implementation of Qualified Domestic Relations Orders (QDROs) – the division of retirement assets in connection with a divorce.  Lisa will provide invaluable practice tips regarding things to consider when drafting QDROs, things to avoid when drafting a QDRO, and will take questions regarding any problems you have encountered when drafting QDROs.
